Atal Ayushman Uttarakhand Yojana

Atal Ayushman Yojana was started by Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi on 23 September 2018. Under this Scheme, 5 Lakh Families get upto 5 Lakh Rupees for Serious Diseases treatment free every year. Uttarakhand Government also apply “Atal Ayushman Uttarakhand Yojana“. Under Atal Ayushman Yojana in Uttarakhand about 18 Lakh more families get profit of this scheme. So, total 23 Lakh Families of Uttarakhand can get free treatment upto five Lakh Rupees every year for Serious Diseases.

Uttarakhand Atal Ayushman Yojana is implemented in all Government Hospitals (Such as : Community Health Center, District Hospital, Joint Hospital and Base Clinic) and all Private listed Hospitals (In case of refer). If their is an emergency case, then ou cn also get profit of this scheme in Private Listed Hospitals. Atal Ayushman Uttarakhand Scheme is totally Cashless and Paperless.

उत्तराखण्ड अटल आयुष्मान योजना

प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने २३ सितम्बर २०१८ को आयुष्मान भारत-प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना को प्रारम्भ की | इस योजना के तहत् उत्तराखण्ड के ५ लाख परिवारों को हर वर्ष ५ लाख रूपये तक का ईलाज मुफ्त में किया जायेगा | इसके बाद इस योजना को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए उत्तराखण्ड सरकार ने “अटल आयुष्मान उत्तराखण्ड योजना” को प्रारम्भ किया | इसके अंतर्गत लगभग 18 लाख और परिवारों को भी प्रतिवर्ष 5 लाख रूपये की निःशुल्क चिकित्सा सुविधा का फायेदा मिला | इस योजना का लाभ आप किसी भी राज्य सरकारी चिकित्सालयों (जिसमें समस्त सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र, जिला चिकित्सालय, संयुक्त चिकित्सालय एवं बेस चिकित्सालय सम्मिलित है) एवं सूचीब़द्ध निजी चिकित्सालयों में (रैफर करने के आधार पर) ले सकते है | यह योजना पूरी तरह कैशलैस एवं पेपरलैस है।

The main purpose of Atal Ayushman Uttarakhand Yojana is to gave better medical facility to all families of Uttarakhand. And this yojana also helps people to get free from high cost treatment. As per Atal Ayushman Yojana, all eligible families get free cashless and paperless treatment for serious diseases.

Eligibility Of Beneficiary Family For Atal Ayushman Yojana in Uttarakhand

1. All families of Uttarakhand are eligible for Atal Ayushman Yojana in Uttarakhand.
2. But Families who are enrolled in any CGHS or Central / Other Government Health Insurance Scheme, are not get profit of this scheme.
3. You can check your Eligibility Status For Atal Ayushman Uttarakhand Yojana using your Ration Card Number / Voter ID EPIC Number / MSBY Card Number at Near government hospital, Common Service Center, Mobile App (Atal Ayushman Uttarakhand Scheme) and official website http://ayushmanuttarakhand.org .

Note – To get cashless treatment, you have to get registered for Golden Card. To get Golden Card, you can visit to our nearby government hospital / Common Service Center. To make Golden Card, you should have your Aadhar Card with you. Every member of family can make their Golden Card.
