Maharashtra Scholarship 2024 – 2025 Online Application / Registration Form Last Date

The State Maharashtra had developed welfare council scheme. According to Maharashtra Scholarship the candidates who belongs to minority communities and who are financially weak were helped by the council. The candidates were given scholarship to continue their higher studies. The government of Maharashtra is providing post-matric and pre-matric scholarships to the candidates who belongs from minority communities. To grab this scholarship the candidate should link the bank account with aadhar card and update it latest for scholarship application process.

Ahindi Bhashik Scholarship 

The Indian Government had stated Ahindi Bhashik Scholarship for the eligible candidates. The selection for scholarship is based on the final merit list.

Scholarship Amount 

  • For the candidates of 11th and 12th standard : 3000/-
  • For the graduation candidates : 5000/-
  • for post graduation student : 10,000/-

Eligibility 

  • The candidate must be a resident of Maharashtra state.
  • Applicant had scored minimum 60% in 11th and 12th standard and 65% in hindi subject.
  • There is no need of the family income certificate.
  • 50% marks are compulsory in the previous class.
  • The student must be admitted in the next class with hindi subject.
  • For renewal students annual progress report card is compulsory.

Free Scholarship Yojana

Open Merit Scholarship in Junior College 

School Education Department had declared Open Merit Scholarship. The motive of the scholarship to encourage the students for further studies.

Scholarship Amount 

  • For the 11th and 12th class students : 50/- per month.

Eligibility 

  • The candidate must scored minimum 60% in sr. sec. examination.
  • At least 45% in the first year of the junior college.

Required Documents 

  • For Open Merit Scholarship , Marksheet is required of previous year.

Economic Backward Class Scholarship 

Higher and Technical education department declares a scholarship for economically backward class candidates who are studying in graduation or post graduation.

Scholarship Amount 

  • For  arts , commerce and law courses : 45/- per student.
  • For science courses : 170/- per student
  • For partial alleviate collages : 400/- per student (UG students)
  • For PG students : 800/- per student

Eligibility 

  • Family income should be less than 2,50,000/- per year
  • Only first two children are eligible for scholarship
  • Student must have annual income certificate issued from tehsildar.

Required Documents 

  • Family declaration certificate of two children.
  • Annual income certificate signed by Tehsildar .

PM Scholarship

Sanskrit Scholarship Scheme for Secondary Schools 

The government of India introduced Sanskrit Scholarship for Secondary Schools to encourage the students for higher education.

Scholarship Amount 

  • For 9th standard : 100/- per student for 10 months.
  • For 10th standard : 100/- per student for 12 months.
  • For 11th standard : 125/- per student for 10 months.
  • For 12th standard : 125/- per student for 12 months.

Eligibility 

The first stage covers the student of class 9th and 10th. Second stage covers the students of class 11th and 12th. scholarship will be given in the basis of scored marks in sanskrit subject in last year examination.

Students last year mark sheet.

PFMS Scholarship

Open Merit Scholarship for Economically Backward Class Students 

School Education Department had issued the scholarship for backward class students to continue their further education.

Scholarship Amount 

  • Hostler boys : 140/- per student for 10 months.
  • Hostler girls : 160/- per student for 10 months.
  • Non-hostler boys : 80/- per student for 10 months.
  • Non-hostler girls : 100/- per student for 10 months.

Eligibility 

  • The family income of the applicant must not exceed 30,000/- annually.
  • The candidate had scored minimum 50% in the sr. sec. class.

Required Documents 

  • Annual income certificate.
  • Last year mark sheet.

Foreign Education Scholarship 

Social Justice and Special Assistance has introduced the scholarship at the aim to help the SC candidates to complete their higher education in abroad universities.

Scholarship Amount 

Selected students will be fully scholarship by the foundation. University maintenance allowance upto 14000 USD or 9000 GBP. For US the incidental charges paid will be 1375 USD and for UK 1000 GBP. Extra charges of books, projects, tour, etc. will be paid by the foundation. The tuition will be directly paid to the university. The airfare charges will also be covered .

Eligibility

  • Family income should not exceed 6 lac.
  • The candidate must be residence of Maharashtra.
  • The student  must belong from SC caste.
  • For PG the age limit is 35 year and that for PhD is 40 years.
  • The university must be recognised and lie within the top 300 world rankings.
  • If the student did not completed the course he should refund all the expenses.
  • For PhD courses the duration will be of 4 years.

Handicapped scholarship 

The Education Department had issued the  scholarship mainly for the differently abled students.

Scholarship Amount 

  • Maintenance allowance – 500/- per month
  • Travelling allowance – 100/- per month

Eligibility 

  • The scholarship is only applicable for 8th to 12th standard.
  • More than 40% part of the applicant body will be disabled.

Vocational Education Fee Reimbursement 

This scheme was introduced by the Tribal Development Department. This is basically on the vocational education , for example- Engineering, Pharmacy, Dairy Development, Animal Husbandry, MBA, MCA etc. The condition to receive this scholarship is that the family income of the candidate must be more than 2.5 lac. The amount of the scholarship is based on the tuition and examination fee of the college.

Eligibility Criteria 

  • The annual income of the candidate’s family must be more than 2.5 lac
  • Applicant should belongs to scheduled tribe (ST)
  • The candidate must had passed the last year exam
  • If the applicant fails in any year than he will not be paid scholarship for that particular year.

  • Domicile certificate of Maharashtra
  • Caste certificate
  • College admission receipt.

Vocational Education Maintenance Allowance 

The scholarship is started by Tribe Development Department. Those candidates who are involved in vocational courses can apply for this scholarship but on the condition that their family income must be less than 2.5 lac.

Scholarship Amount 

  • For course of 4-5 years : 7000-10,000 per year.
  • For course of 2-3 years : 5000-7000 per year.
  • For less than two rear course : 5000 per year.

Eligibility

  • Only ST caste candidate can apply for the scholarship.
  • Family income must be less than 2.5 lac.
  • If the applicant has been failed in any year than he will not be paid through scholarship for that particular year.

Scholarship Scheme For Students of Minority Communities Pursuing Higher and Professional Education 

The government of Maharashtra has offering scholarship scheme for minority communities through Minority Developed Department.The total number of scholarships are 15,000 . These scholarships does not include medical and paramedical courses. The scholarship Includes Diploma, Degree and post graduate degree.

Scholarship Amount 

The amount of scholarship depends on the tuition and exam fee of the recommended college. But the maximum amount to be paid on behalf of scholarship is 25,000/-. Amount can be less but cannot be more than 25,000/-

Eligibility 

  • The candidate must be residence of Maharashtra.
  • The student should not evolved in other scholarship.
  • The applicant had passed Sr. sec. school from Maharashtra Board.
  • 30% scholarships are reserved for female candidates.
  • Annual income must not exceed 6 lac.

Maharashtra Pre-Matric Scholarship 2024-2022

This scholarship was established by Social Justice and Special Assistance. The candidates who belongs to Scheduled Caste are applicable to apply for this scholarship. The scholarship is only for the students of std.5th and 7th as well as std. 8yh and 10th. Among these students two students were selected from each class for scholarship.

Amount

  • For SC students of class 5th to 7th : Rs 50 p.m. (for 10 months)
  • For SC students of class 8th to 10th : Rs 100 p.m. (for 10 months)
  • For SBC students of class 5th to 7th : Rs 200 p.a.
  • For SBC students of class 8th to 10th : Rs 400 p.a.
  • For VJNT students of class 5th to 7th : Rs 200 p.a.
  • For VJNT students of class 8th to 10th : Rs 400 p.a.

Eligibility

  • The candidate should got 1st or 2nd rank.
  • Applicant must scored more than 50% in previous class.
  • Student should be of 5th to 10th standard.

Pre Upper Primary and Pre Secondary Scholarship

Government of Maharashtra has launched a merit scholarship for the talented students . For scholarship competitive examination will be conducted every year from Maharashtra State Council of Examination Pune. Scholarship will only applicable for standard 5th to 8th.

  • Set – ABCD : HSS-300
  • Set – E : MSS-500 and HSS-750
  • Set – FGHI : MSS-250 and HSS-400
  • Set – JK : MSS-1000 and HSS-1500

Eligibility 

The candidates will be awarded with scholarship on the basis of results of competitive exams conducted every year. The tenure of the scholarship will be of 3 years.

Attendance Allowance Scholarship

The scholarship is mainly based on the attendance allowance for girls. the scholarship is focused on the BPL/SC/ST/NT/VJANT girls.

Amount 

  • Rs 1/- per day for the girls who belongs from BPL/SC/ST/NT/VJANT

Eligibility 

  • The income limit for rural area is 11,000/- and for urban area is 11,800/-.
  • The girl candidate must belong from BPL/SC/ST/NT/VJANT.

  • Attendance allowance should be 75%.

Government of India Scholarship in Secondary School Sanskrit Scholarship

The government of India introduced Sanskrit Scholarship Scheme in order to attract the students of secondary schools.

  • For 11th class : Rs 125 p.m. (for 10 months)

Eligibility

  • Class 9th and 10th were covered in first stage and that of 11th and 12th class in second stage.
  • Candidates were selected on the basis of obtained marks in sanskrit subject of the last year exam.

State Government Scholarship for students of 1st to 10th class

Social Justice and Special Assistance Department had established a scholarship for the students of standard of 1st to 12th.

  • 1st to 4th class : Rs 100

  • Mentally disabled students : Rs 150
  • Physical disability : Rs 300

  • The student must be studying in class 1st to 10th.

Maintenance Allowance to Students Studying In Sainik Schools

The government had organised a scholarship especially for the Sainik School students. The main motive of the scholarship is to develop discipline, confidence, leadership, patriotism in the students.

  • SC family income limit : Rs 65,290.
  • ST family income limit : Rs 65,290.
  • SBC family income limit : 1,00,000.
  • VJNT family income limit : 1,00,000.

The Tribal Development Department Scheme has established Suvarna Mahotsav Scholarship for the students of Scheduled tribe.

  1. I DIDNT GET MY PREVIOUS YEARS SCHOLARSHIP EVEN AFTER I REDEEMED AND VARIFICATION IN 1 ST AND 2ND DESK OF OFFICIALS . PAYMENT STATUS TELLS PAYMENT DONE BUT I STILL DIDNT RECIEVE IN MY BANK ACCOUNT ,EVEN WHEN MY KYC AND BANK LINING EVERYTHING IS DONE.
